We look first to the equity in the property, rather than the “traditional” criteria set forth by banks and other institutional lenders. Our decisions are based on the value of the collateral from the standpoint of being real estate investors, and not a typical lender.
Private money funding is for those individuals whom banks will not lend to because they do not fit the rigid requirements or individuals who need a bridge loan until they can secure traditional financing.
